0x000000EA: THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER
A device driver problem has caused the system to pause indefinitely (hang). Typically, this is caused by a display driver waiting for the video hardware to enter an idle state. This might indicate a hardware problem with the video adapter, or a faulty video driver.Source:
http://aumha.org/a/stop.php#0xea Does that mean I need to update a driver or replace the video card? If I need to update a driver, can I do that in safe mode because I still can't use the Dell screen that came with the computer.

Why isn't WinXP SP3 installed yet?
I don't know. I have automatic updates set for everyday.
The code I gave at the beginning of this thread was what was written on the top of the screen during safe mode.
When I went to the computer properties it confirmed my system as microsoft windows xp media center edition version 2002 service pack 2 76487-OEM-0011903-00825 Dell DIMENSION 8400, Intel, Pentium 4 CPU, 3.4 GHz, 3.39 GHz, 1.00 GB of Ram
I opened the security center but it didn't tell me much. I wasn't connected to the internet so it couldn't tell me about the firewall. I have automatic updates set for everyday at 3:00, and there was nothing listed for virus protection. I know that Spyware Doctor 3.8 is loaded.
